My name is Jools, and I offer online tarot readings via video call, and I’m available to book as a tarot reader for parties and events in and around Sheffield.

About

I got my first tarot deck in 2007, the wonderful Cat People Tarot designed by Karen Kuykendall, which I still use regularly although I have quite a collection now. I find tarot decks as hard to resist as books!

Over the many years since my first deck appeared in my life I’ve been on a winding journey of discovery with the cards. Despite all I’ve learned along the way they continue to teach me about meaning and about my own intuition, and in relationship with them I have learned so much about myself and about the world of symbol and mystery the tarot can unlock. They truly are magical, and they are a central part of my life.

Willow Dreaming Tarot was born in mid-February 2022 during a momentous storm. The meaning of the name is twofold. I have always felt drawn to willow trees, and their spiritual association with dreams and intuition speaks to me on a deeply personal level since I work with dreams a lot in my personal practice. Secondly, as the winds of the aforementioned storm raged outside my window I dreamt about my beautiful cat Willow. I’d been mulling over different names for a while but this really sealed the deal.

I am so grateful to share this journey with you.

What will a tarot reading do?

It won’t tell you how to live your life, or what decisions to make. Those choices are entirely up to your own free will, and your path is your own. You already know deep down within yourself what’s best for you, and this is why a tarot reading can help by connecting you with your own intuition and inner wisdom to give you insight and clarity.

I as reader can hold a space for you to explore your question(s) in a non-judgemental way. I hope to be able to give you some perspective you may not otherwise have had, that can inform your own independent thinking and feeling processes and assist you in living your most authentic life.

Readings

I currently offer two types of online reading via video call. Please read the descriptions, choose which one you feel is best for you and select this option on the booking form below.

20 Minutes – £20


This reading offers time to explore a specific issue, providing insight into surrounding influences and energies.

Or if you’d prefer, we can look at a general overview and see what themes come up.

Approximately 20 minutes – £20

45 Minutes – £40


As the name suggests, this reading gives time to go deeper and spend more time really delving in to the issue and surrounding energies and influences.

Below are a few suggestions for how this type of reading could be structured: 

1: If there’s a specific question on your mind, we could look at that first and then do a more detailed spread to see what the bigger picture is. 

2: Maybe there are a couple of questions you’d like to explore specifically and we can then go a little more deeply into one of them – or both if they’re interconnected, which they may be! 

3: A general overview followed by a look at whichever theme or issue comes out most strongly.

Approximately 45 minutes – £40

Of course, we’re not limited to these options! Please do state your preference on the contact form, if you have one – though I’m very happy to see what feels best on the day and follow intuition.

Code of Practice & Terms

  • I work on the core principles of authenticity, integrity and honesty. I will interpret the cards as I see them.
  • All readings are strictly confidential. I promise not to share any details about the client or the content of the reading with anyone.
  • I am not qualified to give medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and as such will not do this. Clients are urged to seek services from qualified professionals in the relevant area as appropriate.
  • I do not keep notes or records on readings for clients other than for the purpose of bookkeeping and basic admin.
  • I will not record any reading either by video or audio, and I do not consent to my face or voice being recorded by you.
  • You are free to take screenshots of the cards for your own records and to come back to if you want to refresh your memory.

I can accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or Cash App – further details will be provided when I confirm your appointment time via email.

Please note that payment is required on booking. There is no refund for cancellations or no-shows. If you need to reschedule an appointment, just let me know and we can try to work something out.
